Ray Kingman has been at Semcasting, Inc. since its inception, leading the company in the development and commercialization of its automated targeting and data offerings. As an experienced innovator in content management, analytics and data visualization fields, Ray directs the day-to-day operations of Semcasting, Inc.
Before coming to Semcasting, Inc., Ray served as the CEO of LightSpeed Software, a content management solution built through the acquisition and integration of multiple providers in the search, analytics, content management, authoring and portal platform spaces. Prior to LightSpeed, Ray was the founder and president of a division of Thomson Reuters, where he focused on providing syndicated web content solutions to self-directed investors and retail brokerage firms. Ray Kingman was also the founder and president of DeltaPoint, Inc., a developer of analytics and data visualization products, and led the firm from its inception to its initial public offering.
David Chen manages multiple disciplines at Semcasting, Inc., including project management, IT, QA, production engineering and database development. In his 30+ year career in the computer industry, he has had a broad experience in numerous executive management positions. Before coming to Semcasting, Inc. David spent more than 22 years at Compaq/Digital Equipment Corporation, his responsibilities included sales, marketing, operations, software and hardware engineering, as well as channel management.
David was the founder and president of eBizPlus, a venture-funded software startup, and served as the chief operating officer of the startup company Monetrics, Inc. Most recently, David served as the senior vice president of Technology at DataScan Technologies. Dave holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Illinois and a MS in Operations Research from Lehigh University.
Brian Rivard has been at Semcasting, Inc. since its inception and is the hands-on leader, architect and major contributor to all of the Semcasting software solutions. As chief technical officer, Brian has over 25 years of experience in software development and technical management, and in the past year has been focused on designing and developing distributed web-based architectures for semantic mapping. Before coming to Semcasting, Brian was a development manager with Segue Software; he has led a number of large teams as a hands-on technical manager and developer at a variety of organizations on various projects. Brian holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, and a MBA degree from Northeastern University.
Kevin Petrillo has been with Semcasting, Inc. since its inception and is responsible for directing all financial operations at Semcasting. Kevin brings a wealth of experience in management of new and growing businesses, as he has served as President and CEO, VP of Finance, and Director of Operations at previous companies. Most recently, Kevin was a founding member and CEO of HighStreet Networks, Inc., and was instrumental in the sale of HighStreet, Inc. to Alphatron Asia, Inc.
Geetha Neelakantiah leads the business development and marketing efforts, including key relationships with our partners program, database marketers and integrators. Her 10+ years in direct marketing provides Semcasting, Inc. and our partners with a depth of expertise in multi-channel campaign planning, design and implementation. Her past experience includes managing the critical components of model development, data integration, segmentation, campaign staging and results analysis. Through Geetha’s efforts and insights, superior marketing results have been achieved in Fortune 500 retail, travel and entertainment, finance, insurance, auto and franchise sectors. Geetha holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Worcester Polytecnic Institute and an MBA from Babson College.
Joel Sehr joined Semcasting in 2011 and leads the online media sales efforts, including creating and executing sales and marketing strategies. Joel has over 20 years experience in technology sales with domain expertise in online media, analytics, Internet infrastructure and enterprise applications. Before coming to Semcasting Joel served as Senior Director of Sales with Quova. Prior to that has held sales leadership positions with a track record of success with organizations such as Objectivity, Ventyx, Click Software, Tivoli and CA. Joel holds a BS in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany and an MBA from the University of Miami.
