The company pioneered cookieless identity services and secure first-party data onboarding with its patented multi-platform identity resolution technology. The method is not dependent on a proprietary common identifier or a single match type, by dynamically spanning multiple online and offline identifiers to identity the most accurate match to people, households and businesses.
Semcasting provides highly-regulated businesses with industry-specific data expertise and their own identity spine for member communications and marketing outreach. Its self-serve platform AudienceDesigner by Semcasting (ADS) empowers marketers to maximize reach with measurement with transparency.
Ray Kingman
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Ray Kingman leads the company in the development and commercialization of its automated targeting and data offerings. Before coming to Semcasting, Inc., Ray served as the CEO of LightSpeed Software, a content management solution built through the acquisition and integration of multiple providers in the search, analytics, content management, authoring and portal platform spaces. Prior to LightSpeed, Ray was the founder and president of a division of Thomson Reuters, where he focused on providing syndicated web content solutions to self-directed investors and retail brokerage firms. Ray Kingman was also the founder and president of DeltaPoint, Inc., a developer of analytics and data visualization products, and led the firm from its inception to its initial public offering.
Dan Green
CRO
Dan Green has over 20 years of experience in advertising and marketing technology.He has managed the sales efforts at Sizmek (Amazon), Jivox, Adform, and now Semcasting. Dan has extensive knowledge of the first-party ID space and solutions associated with the issues of third-party cookie deprecation. He also has deep experience in creative ad serving and tracking, data and data integrations, programmatic media, email marketing, and mobile advertising across multiple industries. Dan graduated with an MBA from Penn State in the top of his class.
Geetha Neelakantiah
SVP, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, OPERATIONS, AND MARKETING
Geetha has worked in the marketing industry for over 15 years. She has extensive experience in database marketing, data, data integration, product development, marketing strategy and measurement. Geetha has worked with some of the world's leading brands in the Financial Services, Travel & Entertainment, Home Services and Retail sectors. She is highly analytical and her expertise lies in media and data strategy and measurement. Geetha works closely with Semcasting's development team to create innovative data products such as ADS, IdentityXchange (IDX) and various other solutions that help our partners make better decisions about where to allocate their marketing spend for maximum return
Ian Tattenham
VP of Sales & Strategic Accounts
Ian leads strategic accounts, partnerships, data licensing, identity services and platform sales, and has over 20 years of ad-tech and data sales experience. Before Semcasting, Ian was at TruSignal, Inc. for over four years, where he led partnerships and platform sales, and helped grow the business significantly, which led to their acquisition by TransUnion (NYSE: TRU).
Justin Thompson
GM of Identity and Healthcare Services
For more than 20 years, Justin Thompson has been a leader in the data and marketing technologies space. Before joining Semcasting as GM of Identity and Healthcare Services, he made noteworthy contributions at Acxiom, LiveRamp, and Decile. He currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
Mike Skladony
GM, Consumer Services
Mike Skladony serves as the General Manager of the Consumer Services team at Semcasting. He oversees all Travel, Entertainment, Tourism, Higher Ed, and Nonprofit clients. Mike’s team of audience developers, account managers and campaign managers work with clients hand in hand to develop audience solutions and winning digital campaign strategies. Mike started his career with Semcasting in 2012, straight out of college and right into a role as Semcastings first digital account executive.
Brian Rivard
CTO
Brian Rivard leads the software development team at Semcasting, Inc., and has been with the company since its founding. Brian brings over 40 years of software development and technical management experience to the company. Before coming to Semcasting, Brian was a Development Manager with Segue Software; he has led a number of large teams as a hands-on technical manager and developer at a variety of organizations on various projects. Brian holds BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, and an MBA from Northeastern University.
John Spinney
SVP of Data and Identity Solution
John leads the design and development of data and identity platform solutions, including AudienceDesigner by Semcasting (ADS) and the IdentityXchange (IDX) programmatic API platform. With over 40 years of experience in software and database design and development, John is a true innovator who has previously worked at leading companies like Epsilon and Charles River Development. Under John's leadership, Semcasting has been an innovator in the development of more efficient and accurate methods of digital Identity services and performance measurement for brands and agencies.
Matthew Hedberg
VP, GM, PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Matthew Hedberg serves as the Vice President, General Manager of Professional Services at Semcasting, overseeing Politics and Advocacy, Healthcare, and Pharmaceuticals. He and his team of professionals in Operations, Data Science, and Account Management offer clients a robust blend of industry expertise. Matt brings a wealth of leadership and data science experience from the political arena through service on Federal, State and Independent Expenditure campaigns.
